• Attempting to contact or negotiate with customers outside of standard business hours.
• Approaching customers at restaurants or public venues, offering to "take items to our company on their behalf for appraisal or sale," and fleeing after receiving the items.

# Our Official Policies

No Third-Party Delegation: We do not outsource product appraisals or business transactions to third parties. Anyone claiming to act as a "representative of our company" or to have "taken over from a previous manager" has no affiliation with us.
No Unscheduled After-Hours Visits: Our employees will never make unannounced visits to customer locations outside of regular business hours.

# Important Guidelines for Our Customers

If you are approached by anyone offering to "appraise items on your behalf" or "resell them to our company," please firmly decline and do not hand over any items or proceed with the transaction.
