We deeply regret to announce that Mr. Satoshi Shima, our Outside Director, passed away on July 27, 2026.
Accordingly, he retired from his position as Outside Director on the same day.

As our Outside Director, Mr. Shima always supported our growth with great passion and provided us with tremendous guidance and dedication.

His presence was immense to our company, and we are truly saddened to have to bid him farewell in this manner.
