The Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon is awarded to individuals or corporations that have donated private funds for the public good. This award recognizes the continuous social contribution activities of APRE Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Atsuyuki Kikuchi, Taito-ku, Tokyo), which have been acknowledged by the government, including a donation of 30 million yen for the reconstruction of the Noto Peninsula earthquake.
