Please be advised that these individuals and their activities are in no way affiliated with or authorized by our company.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong># Reported Tactics<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc !important; list-style-position:outside !important; padding-left:1.5em !important;\">\n<li style=\"display:list-item !important; list-style-type:disc !important;\">Approaching stores to request transactions or appraisals under false pretenses, such as claiming to have &quot;taken over from a former representative&quot; or been &quot;referred by [Person\/Company Name].&quot;<\/li>\n<li style=\"display:list-item !important; list-style-type:disc !important;\">Attempting to contact or negotiate with customers outside of standard business hours.<\/li>\n<li style=\"display:list-item !important; list-style-type:disc !important;\">Approaching customers at restaurants or public venues, offering to &quot;take items to our company on their behalf for appraisal or sale,&quot; and fleeing after receiving the items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong># Our Official Policies<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No Third-Party Delegation: We do not outsource product appraisals or business transactions to third parties. Anyone claiming to act as a &quot;representative of our company&quot; or to have &quot;taken over from a previous manager&quot; has no affiliation with us.<br \/>\nNo Unscheduled After-Hours Visits: Our employees will never make unannounced visits to customer locations outside of regular business hours.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong># Important Guidelines for Our Customers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you are approached by anyone offering to &quot;appraise items on your behalf&quot; or &quot;resell them to our company,&quot; please firmly decline and do not hand over any items or proceed with the transaction.
